Genshin Impact 3.0 leaks continue to pop up online, and some of the latest ones include screenshots and images of the upcoming Sumueru region.
The Genshin impact Update 3.0 is expected before the end of August, but numerous leaks are already appearing online. While HoYoverse has officially unveiled several new playable characters such as Collei, Dori, and Tighnari, there’s also a lot of focus on the new Sumeru region. Sumeru is inspired by the real Middle East and will revolve around the new Dendro element. And thanks in part to the beta test, a number of Sumeru screenshots from Genshin impact 3.0 have been leaked online.
A lot is already known about the Sumeru region prior to the version 3.0 update thanks to leaks, the official webtoons and in-game knowledge. In addition, HoYoverse has shared tidbits about characters and some of Sumeru’s history. Sumeru will be the fourth major region and nation to be added to the game, and it is rumored that Sumeru Genshin impactthe largest region on the map so far. Since the region is based on the Dendro element, players expected environments based on plants and nature, but until recently, Sumeru screenshots were hard to come by.
Now a number of Sumeru screenshots have surfaced on Reddit. Compiled by user sarthakydv, this Genshin impact 3.0 leaks seem quite reliable. As expected, many of the Sumeru images show off green landscapes, with architecture resembling tree houses and buildings that are brown and green – certainly fitting the Dendro element. There also seem to be numerous waterfalls, fields of flowers and even a somewhat barren and brown area that resembles The Chasm in Genshin impact. Other buildings look like greenhouses, and there’s even a giant and defunct Guardian-esque Ruin that’s covered in moss.

Based on the latest Genshin impact 3.0 leaks, looks like there’s a lot to look forward to in Sumeru. HoYoverse has also made sure that the flowery, woodsy biomes don’t resemble what players have seen before in green locations in Liyue and Mondstadt. While a lot of information about Sumeru and his playable characters has already leaked out, they should be taken with a grain of salt. It’s still over a month before version 3.0 arrives, and the content is certainly subject to change before it’s fully released. For now, though, the Sumeru screenshots shown look great, and it will be interesting to see what other environments Sumeru’s map will feature when Genshin impact 3.0 will be released later this summer.
