It’s an exciting time to be a video game fan! There are plenty of interesting titles on the way, and some remasters of classic titles. Apparently one of these contains a Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake, which will supposedly be a remaster of the 2017 game. Since this will reportedly be for the PlayStation 5, it is guaranteed to have improved graphics. Of course nothing has been confirmed now, and this is just a rumor about Guerrilla Games. However, fans of the action RPG will certainly be excited about the possibility of a remake!
According to this rumor, the Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake will feature much sharper visuals, taking the game into the 2020s. In addition, the remaster will also presumably include updated models of the characters, new animations and immersive lighting options. If that’s not enough, there will also be several accessibility options so fans can customize the game the way they want. There will also be several graphical tweaks and QOL tweaks, which are sure to modernize the title. It may have only been five years since Guerrilla Games released the original game, but that’s an eternity in the video game world!
This of course claimed Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake comes along with other rumors in the Horizon Zero franchisee. One includes an apparent multiplayer title, which fans can play on PS5 and PC. Apparently the game will be its own title and no storylines from the solo games will be shared.
Upcoming Remastered PS5 Games

It turns out that Guerrilla Games has been making a multiplayer game for quite some time now. Rumor has it that this multiplayer title will have features that have been removed from them Horizon Forbidden West. This game was originally intended to include more multiplayer features, but they scrapped this to make for a better single player experience.
If this Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake comes out, it will be one of many remasters heading to the next generation of consoles. For starters, Naughty Dog brought a The last of us remastering the previous month. Unfortunately, fans were quite critical of this and didn’t think it was worth the hefty price tag. Many of them said that the remaster didn’t live up to the hype and that he wasn’t old enough to get a remaster. Let’s hope the Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake does better than this! The original game didn’t come out until 2017, while The last of us first released in 2013. Responding to the criticism, Naughty Dog said they gave the remaster “the highest possible level of care and attention to detail.”
In addition, there is also a Uncharted 4 remaster coming out later this month, as well as a Ghosts of Tsushima remaster that came out last year. Hopefully these future remasters will be a better experience than The last of us.
When Guerilla Games was first released Horizon Zero Dawn, critics and fans gave it critical acclaim. They praised the interesting gameplay, the immersive world and the characters. Just two years ago, the studio decided to port the game to PC, which came with several upgrades. These include higher quality textures and better character spacing. We also have a strong feeling that we will see these in the Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake.

Following this, Guerrilla Games also released a sequel to the game earlier this year, titled Horizon Forbidden West. Like the original game, critics and fans also gave the game good reviews. Unfortunately, this was not necessarily reflected in sales, because Elden Ring seemed to overshadow this. maybe with the Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake, the sequel gets its time to shine.
As if that weren’t enough, Netflix is also developing a TV series based on the game. Netflix has called it for now Horizon 2074, and Steve Blackman will be the showrunner. We’re not sure if the series will follow the game’s storyline or if the storyline will be complete. Either way, it’s clearly an exciting time to be a fan of the Horizon Zero Dawn franchisee. Let’s hope the rumors about the Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remake are true!
