Whether you want to make your basketball dreams come true NBA 2K23 or gather your friends for some fun in Splatoon 3, there is something for you. Biomutant (September 6)

This week we start with Biomutant! Developed by Experiment 101 and published by THQ Nordic, this action-adventure title puts you in a surprisingly vibrant post-apocalyptic open world. The overall stylistic presentation of this game features a myriad of bizarre wildlife and monsters that can range from funny to disturbing.
The ambitious title combines exploration and action with a robust crafting system that allows you to build exotic and powerful weapons from a variety of collectible items. Overall, this ambitious open world title is packed with content that will keep you engaged for hours. While it first launched last year for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, Biomutant releases tomorrow for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Temtem (September 6)

Finding its way to your home is the following: Temtem. Developed by Crema and published by Humble Games, this MMORPG has similar monster-catching sensitivities as pokemon but with a glow of its own. In the game, you travel the world to capture monsters and fight against other tamers.
However, the core aspect of this game is the MMO community that allows you and other players to travel, explore, interact and fight together. While the game remained in early access for years, it’s now time to open the game up to its full launch. Temtem officially launches tomorrow on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition (September 6)

Then developer Q Games breathes new life into its collaborative construction simulator with The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition. In the game, players must work together to build islands and fight against monsters. The multiplayer sim also puts you in an interesting Cold War Soviet Union-themed dystopia which gives it a distinct aesthetic.
The original game released in 2016, but now Phoenix Edition hopes to revive it with all the new features. In the new version, players can take advantage of more islands, a grappling hook to scale structures, and an offline single-player mode. You can check out The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition tomorrow on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Jack Move (September 8)

JRPG fans don’t want to miss a thing Jack Move! Developed by So Romantic and published by HypeTrain Digital, this title offers addictive turn-based gameplay set in a gritty cyberpunk world. Players take on the role of Noa, a vigilante hacker thrown into a world of murder, kidnapping and dark investigation after her father goes missing.
During Noa’s journey, she gets the help of her best friend and tactical planner Ryder, as well as her martini-drinking uncle and ex-company spy Guin Blakely. The game also features an in-depth turn-based combat system that allows you to customize your Cyber Deck software mid-battle to switch roles. Jack Move launches September 8 for PC and September 20 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
Steel Rising (September 8)

Steel Rising is an action RPG that places players in an alternate version of 18th century France. Developed by Spiders Studios and published by Nacon, players take on the role of the automaton Aegis as you fight against the robot armies of King Louis XVI. Put it this way: if you’ve ever wondered how the French Revolution would have turned out with robots, this is the game for you.
The game has a dark, rugged aesthetic that flows through the streets of Paris to the unique character models. of soul-like gameplay and robots that look like marionette puppets, this game stands out as a unique RPG experience. You can get in Steel Rising on September 8 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Splatoon 3 (September 9th)

Splatoon 3 is the third installment in Nintendo’s widely popular multiplayer shooter. The new game brings back all the fast paced multiplayer Turf Wars action with a series of minor improvements. In addition to new weapons, the mode also allows players to spawn in a specific direction after being splashed.
Plus, the oft-overlooked Hero Mode returns with all-new puzzles, platforming, and strategic splash action to complete the series. Salmon Run also returns with all-new bosses that shake things up in co-op mode. Splatoon 3 will be available on your Nintendo Switch on September 9.
NBA 2K23 (September 9th)

Finally, 2K brings us the latest entry in their long-standing basketball series with NBA 2K23. Developed by Visual Concepts, this sports simulator brings us all the basketball action players of the NBA 2K series. A major change to this year’s entry is a much simpler rookie mode to help new players up the learning curve.
Another new feature is the ability for the Pro Stick to perform double throws and switchbacks. The new game also increases depth by making each jump shot type deliver different stats to determine speed, height, and effectiveness against defense. NBA 2K23 jumps out to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 9.
