Cult of the Lamb appeals to those who love the survivalist genre, building or construction games, or gathering a large number of followers to adore and adore them. It’s a unique mix that many other games don’t have, at least not yet, but Cult of the Lamb is popular enough to start a trend.
As the Lamb progresses on their journey, they will find several tracking forms that can be purchased from vendors, the Stone Kiosk at each location, or as a drop in the dungeons. Others are accessible through downloadable content or connections to other applications.
General

| axolotl | The leader of the monks in Pilgrim’s Passage is an axolotl, and after the Lamb repairs the lighthouse, this form is unlocked. |
| Armadillo Cat Deer Fox Pig Red Panda Unicorn | Available as drops, sellers, the Stone Kiosk or as a reward at any stage of the game. |
| Crab | Catch the little crab running around the dock in Smuggler’s Cove to unlock this form. |
| Dog | Commonly found, but this is the only form with a “Pat” interaction option to increase follower loyalty. |
| Fish | The Lamb will catch this shape while fishing, and it’s not a hard item to find. |
| shit | Give your followers enough poop to unlock this follow form. The current estimate is 18 to 20 bowls. |
| Huge monster | Hit the big snail to start a battle with Rakshasa, defeat him and he will unlock a new shrine, the Massive Monster statue. Build it and then use the “Pray” interaction to unlock it. |
| Rat | Check the woodpile behind Ratatu’s Lonely Shack to find this form. |
| Starfish | Wander around the piles of gold next to where followers are being sacrificed in Miadas’ cave to find the snail. |
| Snail | Pick up the five snail shell pieces during the Crusades and offer them to the five shrines in each location on the map to unlock the snail. |
| Wolf | Complete the Wolf’s filthy nighttime missions to unlock this follower form. Decline any of his requests and this form will not be available. |
Downloadable Content (DLC)
| Follower | Description |
| Cthulhu | It’s a cute version of the Lovecraftian monster with tentacles for those who pre-purchased the game. |
| Aardvark | Looks like an elephant at first, but the ears reveal its true identity. |
| Bee | Sounds awkward, but only the head turns into a bee, so this follower walks just like the others. |
| Turtle | A character wearing a hat that resembles a turtle hat. |
| Monkey | Probably one of the easier to spot animal forms. |
| Narwhal | There is a fish and a unicorn available, so it makes sense to add a narwhal. |
twitch
These forms are only available to players who have Twitch integration. This is not the same as streaming, but the two are not mutually exclusive. Twitch integration is a way to let others interact in what would normally be a standalone game.

| frankerz | It looks like a Beagle, and anyway, another variation of the Dog follower is fun for the loyalty generation. |
| PogChamp | Another frog shape, this one appears to be isometric and is the only one that isn’t completely two-dimensional. |
| Pink Lynx | Looks like the cat but is more streamlined in the face with a heart drawing on his forehead. |
| purple rat | Looks more like a mouse with curly hair and round ears. |
| Ralpherz | A different dog shape, but one color and without markings, so more of a Labrador. |
The proper-named follower forms are the monsters that the Lamb slays and subdues at the end of each crusade. These forms begin with the title “Witness,” but it is dropped once the Lamb indoctrinates the follower into their cult. After that, the player has the option to change the name to anything they want.
