How do you get fungal spores, luminescent pollen and crystalline cyst dust?
All three of these mafia items are: dropped exclusively by fungi spread across Sumeru. There are many elemental types for these enemies, but they are not immune to the element they belong to. This means that Hydro Fungi will not be immune to Hydro attacks and so on.
If you attack Fungi with an Electro or Pyro attack, they will: going into an activated or a scorched state respectively. Killing them in this state will make them drop different items with a rare opportunity to drop the items you need for Nilou.
If you’re breeding these enemies for her, it’s much better to attack them with other elements, or just use a physical DPS like Eula.

How to find Aeonblight Drake
To find this boss, you can just teleport to the Waypoint on the north side of Devantaka Mountain. These mountains are found in the southern region of the Sumeru Rainforest just above Port Ormos. Once you are teleported to the right place, you see a flower next to it as shown above.
Apply Dendro to this flower, and it will produce a bunch of grapples leading you straight to the ruins this Aeonblight Drake lives in. Once you’ve used four different Grapples, the ruin to enter will be right in front of you. Go through the path, and you will see the boss sleeping happy until you wake it up to destroy it.
