It’s the scariest time of the year: Halloween has arrived Dead in daylight.

Players will experience the Hall of Fame of Horror under an ominous new light… and discover why the Entity’s Realm is the best place to get scared, get addicted and hopefully escape and start all over again. Players can participate in the festive Haunted by Daylight celebrations, which begin on October 11e and closes on November 3rdrd. ? The Haunted by Daylight festivities kick off with the release of the anticipated store collections, while the latest Archive Tome will be released on October 12e. Finally, the sought-after in-game Halloween event will be live on October 13e.

The Haunted by Daylight in-game event, accessible October 13e until November 3rd, players can take advantage of a slew of gruesome cosmetics to unlock, the Fog’s disturbing atmosphere, and intense challenges! The Dead in daylight lobby and loading screens will be decorated with terrifying pumpkins and terrifying decorations, players will also experience a new gameplay where they have to collect and steal “Void Energy”. Finally, daily login rewards are available, encouraging players to connect to the game every day.

Dead in daylight will also have a free weekend from October 27the until November 1stso more players can join in and experience why Dead by Daylight is the place to be for Halloween.

A new volume: MALEVOLENCE
?A new Rift opens on October 12the and with it a new tome of memories for the beloved Killer ghost face®and Survivor Mikaela Reid. Players will have the chance to plunge into the devious mind behind the mask and discover what keeps a horror enthusiast awake at night with Tome 13: MALEVOLENCE. They can dive in ghost face®‘s memories, as a local cartoonist parodies him in the local papers. This, of course, will not last.

“The Fog turns into a twisted playground for horror fans’ favorite Ghost Face®and we are happy to include him in our Halloween festivities”says Dave Richard, creative director for Dead in daylight. ? “ghost face® is a particularly fearsome foe – he can chase his prey – and committed to knocking Survivors down before they know what hit them and having him as part of the Rift is a treat!”

Players will also be excited to discover memories for Mikaela Reid – the feisty Survivor with a love of the macabre and the supernatural.

Players would be remiss not to take advantage of the myriad of surprises that await them as they progress through the Rift, including Charms, Outfits and exclusive mask variations for Ghost Face®.

Tome 13: MALEVOLENCE will be available October 12e on Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Games Store, Windows Store, and Nintendo Switch.
