September is over, October has begun! But despite it being gone, September left a lasting memory thanks to the announcement of these ten games!

#10 Pikmin 4

We’re going to start a Nintendo game for two reasons. First, a lot of Nintendo games were announced in September, and second, we’ve known this for a while.

We mean that literally because Pikmin 4 was first announced during the era of the Wii U. To the extent that when the “announcement” came about, a tweet from 2015 was unearthed saying the game would be out soon!

So what happened? We don’t know for sure, but the game is actually coming out next year, and creator Shigeru Miyamoto is happy about it. Oh, and he wore a Pikmin shirt when he announced the video. Because why not?

#9 Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile

Call of Duty: Warzone is the Battle Royale version of the first-person shooter franchise. It’s very well done and will be getting an upgrade soon, thanks to an upcoming main title.

But now the title is expanding its reach into the mobile markets via Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. You can already pre-register for the game. Doing so will put you in line for certain gifts as registration milestones reach their target.

The mobile version promises that the Battle Pass and the list of your friends will be carried over to other Call of Duty titles, so you don’t have to start from scratch. In the new version you can also compete against a larger number of players: 120 per round. Game on.

#8 Synduality

Prepare to enter a world where dangers are everywhere Synduality.

You play as a character alongside their AI robot companion as they dive into a dystopian world to try to save humanity. How? By reclaiming land for their people. The problem is, the world is full of threats like acid rain and creatures willing to kill anything they see.

As a Drifter you search for special crystals in the main world. Unfortunately, these can only be found in the most dangerous areas, so be prepared to fight your way in and out.

As you journey, bond with your partner, Magus, and listen to them avoid dangers and find secrets in this scarred world.

#7 Unusual Findings

Welcome to the 80s, where three young teens are about to be embroiled in a killer alien adventure!

Vinny, Nick and Tony come across a signal that happens to come from an alien ship. Of course, that wouldn’t be a problem if this alien didn’t kill people in their hometown!

Like a certain Netflix series that also takes place in the 80s, Unusual Findings dripping with nostalgia and references to that time. But don’t get lost in it; you have to figure out how to deal with this alien and keep the townspeople alive. Your decisions affect the outcome of the game. Find the clues, find the truth and see where it leads you.

#6 Trackmania

You might be thinking, “Wait a minute, track mania is already out!” Unfortunately, that only applies to PC. The reboot of the long-standing franchise has been letting people race for free since 2020. But next year the game will finally come to consoles. Plus, there will be cross-platform play!

If you’ve never played the series before, track mania focuses on players using their driving skills as they work through short but challenging levels. The online community is strong here, as is the community that is very loyal to the title.

The community alone has created over 280,000 songs for the title. So imagine how much it will grow if console gamers are involved.

#5 Like a dragon: Ishin!

You may have heard that the Yakuza franchise will no longer bear that name. Instead, a new title is visible via Like a dragon: Ishin!

This game does not occur in modern times, but in the last days of feudal Japan. In the 1860s, a samurai named Sakamoto Ryoma must draw his sword to clear his name from murder. But not just any murder, the murder of his father.

This version of Japan is ripe for discontent and strife, and Ryoma must break through everything to recover what he has lost and start a new era for Japan in the process.

#4 Tekken 8

A nice reveal when it came out, Tekken 8 picks up where its predecessor left off, with the Mishima family trying to settle the feud once and for all!

Heihachi Mishima is gone, leaving Kazuya and Jin behind to finally arrange their flesh. The reveal trailer showed off the incredible graphics power of the PS5. As well as the new level of detail they put into every punch, kick, environment, etc. Harada herself noted that they went deeper than ever before to make the game look stunning. Like how the rain effects in the game don’t just fall into the environment. But instead, they fall on the character models and roll off.

Although we only have a teaser at the moment, it’s more than enough to get fans of Tekken thrilled.

#3 Fire Emblem Engage

A long-rumoured title, Fire Emblem Engage will take fire emblem fans on an all-new journey where past and present collide in fun ways.

You play a dragon who has awakened from a long sleep and must prevent the rise of the Fell Dragon, who wants to destroy the land.

You team up with a group of characters and use special rings to summon the powers of the past fire emblem characters. The “Emblems”, as they are called, will improve your stats and give you special abilities.

Many have noticed that the dev team in Gust pulls out all the stops with the visuals and animations. The visual upgrade could make this one of the best looking games in the entire franchise when it comes out in January.

#2 Like a dragon 8

We already showed you one title in the rebranded like a dragon series, but now let’s show you the next main article! Like a dragon 8 will continue the story of the main games and give players two protagonists through Ichiban and Kiryu.

The RPG-style gameplay returns from Ichiban’s last game, with Kiryu getting his own party to fight by his side. The reveal trailer didn’t reveal too much, but the title is in the works. It will do its best to live up to the legacy of the previous titles.

Hopefully gamers will get more information about it soon.

#1 Octopath Traveler 2

The original Octopath Traveler title set the tone for many future RPGs. It created a visual style in 2D HD and inspired many other RPGs that came out to take that style. utilities, Octopath Traveler 2 comes to continue that legacy.

The game takes place in a brand new world from the original and features eight brand new characters for characters to travel with. The game promises deep stories for all eight characters and new abilities that they can use both during the day and at night.

For those who want deeper interactions between the main characters, the game teases that too! We’ll see how it goes when the game arrives in February 2023.
