Riders Republic invites players to jump into a vibrant social playground where they can experience the thrill of outdoor sports in an open and densely populated world. Players roam, compete and make crazy moves through an exciting array of sports including cycling, skiing, snowboarding, wingsuiting and rocket wingsuiting. Whether players want to catch some air with friends or ride alone to dominate the mountains and canyons, there are plenty of exciting moments and activities to explore.
Riders Republic allows players to drive through some of the most breathtaking scenery the United States has to offer. Some of America’s most iconic national parks, such as Bryce Canyon, Yosemite Valley, Sequoia, Zion, Canyonlands, Mammoth Mountain, and Grand Teton, have been faithfully recreated and blended into the imagination to form the ultimate outdoor sports park.
It’s time, riders! BMX is finally coming to the Republic!
Tune in on September 14 to enjoy the first new sport since the game’s launch. Get ready to grind on some rails or take off on some halfpipes! New disciplines are also coming to the game, including Street, Dirt, and Park, along with an all-new zone: Area 52.
Available for purchase within the Annual Pass or as a standalone from September 21, the BMX Sport add-on includes a new BMX career mode with plenty of grinds and half-pipe riding, and three new disciplines: Street, Park and Dirt. Riders can also take a trip to Area 52, the new zone dedicated to BMX. A former classified industrial area filled with satellite dishes and abandoned warehouses, it is home to many otherworldly secrets that will form the basis for several BMX themed events throughout the season.
BMX isn’t the only thing coming to Riders Republic in Season 4 – Freestylin’ also marks the beginning of the Vans partnership, as well as new sponsors including Cult, Odyssey, We The People, Flybikes and SubRosa, who are bringing new tweaks and gear options. Be sure to take part in the Vans Waffle Cup and Red Bull Uncontained events later in the season to show off your driving skills. More events are planned throughout the season – look out for five new funkies.
Players can squad up with or against friends in crazy multiplayer modes:
- Mass Races: The crazier, the better in these epic, multi-sport races with over 50 players. New races randomly appear on the map, so players must prepare to watch their blind spots, protect their position and stay agile with their skills as they make their way to the finish line.
- Tricks Battle: Compete in 6v6 matchups and try to land as many tricks as possible on the different modules to earn points. The team with the highest score wins.
- Free for everyone: Challenge new opponents in 12-player sessions and show them how to do it through a selected playlist of exciting events.
- Versus Mode: Join friends and see who is the best.
- Multiplayer Competition: Made for the top riders to show off and show off, eventually reaching the top divisions.
As part of their career, riders can make a name for themselves through five different career paths. As players continue to prove themselves in the Republic, they will sign with legendary sponsors and receive invitations to the most renowned sports competitions, including Red Bull Rampage and the X Games. Players can customize their rider through evolution-based gear and define every aspect of their character. Whether a rider wants to master snowboarding or be the fastest on two wheels, anything is possible.
Riders Republic makes the most of next-gen gameplay, displaying more than 50 players simultaneously on the screen, along with 4K ultra high definition resolution at 60 frames per second on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. To enhance the multiplayer experience, Riders Republic cross-game and cross-generational play, allowing players to connect with friends and other riders across all platforms. Players who purchase Riders Republic on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 can upgrade their game to the next-gen version at no extra cost, while preserving their progress across all platforms with Ubisoft Connect, the ideal destination to connect with friends or share participate in in-game events and activities.
