Today (Sept. 29), the USC men’s basketball schedule for the 2022-23 season, including tee times and televised assignments, was announced. USC has 13 games aired on any of the ESPN networks, 14 on the Pac-12 Network and four on Fox Sports 1. Fans can now purchase or renew season tickets by visiting USCtrojans.com/tickets.
USC, which tied the school record for wins in the 2021-22 season with a score of 26-8, now has a total of 73 wins over the past three seasons, trailing only the last two NCAA champions Kansas (83) and Baylor (81 ) between power conference teams.
Nearly half of USC games during the 2022-23 season will be broadcast on one of the ESPN Networks (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN News), starting with the Trojans’ first round against BYU during the Battle 4 Atlantis on Nov. 23, which airs on ESPN2 at 2 p.m. On Thanksgiving, Nov. 24, USC will face either Tennessee or Butler in a match aired on ESPN2 or ESPNU. The start time is yet to be determined. USC’s final game in the Battle 4 Atlantis on November 25 will be against one of four teams (Dayton, Kansas, NC State of Wisconsin) and will take place on one of four ESPN platforms (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN News) . Playing time to be determined.
USC’s also hosts NCAA basketball power Auburn at the Galen Center on December 18, and that game airs on ESPN at 2:30 p.m. USC’s game in Washington on December 30 at 7 p.m. airs on ESPN2. USC will reappear on ESPN on January 5 when the Trojans play a 6:30 p.m. game against crosstown rival UCLA. USC’s Arizona State game on January 21 will air on ESPNU at 7:00 PM and the home game against UCLA on January 26 at 6:00 PM will air on ESPN2. The Trojans will be back on ESPN2 on February 9 when they play a game at 8:00 PM in Oregon.
Four of USC’s final five games of the regular season are on an ESPN network, with February 18 vs. Stanford on ESPN2 or ESPNU at 5 p.m. or 7 p.m. The Colorado game on February 23 at 6:00 PM will be broadcast on ESPN2, the Utah game on February 25 at 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM will be broadcast on ESPN2 or ESPNU and the USC game against Arizona on March 2 is at 6:00pm or 8:00pm and airs on ESPN or ESPN2. The official start time for the match vs. Stanford, Utah and USA Arizona is determined in 13 days.
USC’s four games at FS1 come in the last 10 games of the season. The USC’s homestand against the schools in Washington will both be broadcast on FS1. The game against Washington State on February 2 starts at 8:00 PM and the game against Washington on February 4 starts at 6:30 PM. The Trojans’ home game against California on February 16 is on FS1 at either 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM or 8:00 PM (time to be determined December 1). USC’s final game of the regular season, at the Galen Center vs. Arizona State on March 4, airs on FS1 at 8 p.m.
The remaining games on the USC schedule will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network, starting with the first four games of the season, November 7 vs. FGCU at 6:30 PM, Nov. 10 vs. Alabama State at 8:00 PM (part of the Pac-12/SWAC Legacy Series), Nov. 15 vs. Vermont at 8 p.m. and Nov. 18 vs. Mount St. Mary’s (Md.) at 8:00 PM
USC returns from the Battle 4 Atlantis to play four more games broadcast on the Pac-12 Network, starting with its conference road and home openers, playing in California on November 30 at 7 p.m. and home vs. Oregon State on December 4 at 4:00 PM USC then hosts CS Fullerton on December 7 and LBSU on December 14, with both games starting at 8:00 PM and broadcast on the Pac-12 Network.
USC’s game against Colorado State on December 21 at 8:00 PM in the Jerry Colangelo Classic will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network. USC will play in Washington state in an afternoon tip on the Pac-12 network on January 1. The Trojans’ last four games on the Pac-12 Network are January 12 vs. Colorado at 6:00 PM, January 14 vs. Utah at 7:30 PM, January 19 in Arizona at 6:00 PM and February 11 in Oregon State at 3:00 PM
The Pac-12 Tournament will be held again in Las Vegas, Nev., March 8-11. at the T-Mobile Arena.
