1. Baja: Edge of Control
The first on our list of off-road games for Xbox 360 is Baja: Edge of Control. This is a vehicle based racing game. It is developed by Rainbow Studios and published by THQ in 2008. The player can choose from more than 20 vehicles including cars, trucks, buggies and motorcycles.
The game has several modes, including a single player career mode with 70 missions, an online multiplayer mode where up to 8 players can play together on Xbox Live, or a split screen multiplayer mode, which supports up to 4 players locally with one console .
In Baja: Edge of Control, you race through the desert in a variety of environments, such as desert plains, arid highlands, and lush rainforests.
You may face weather conditions such as heavy fog or dust storms affecting your visibility, gameplay mechanics such as mud splashes from other vehicles or crashing into trees, and so on, making it more difficult to control your vehicle during races.
2. Dirty 2
Dirt 2 is a racing game developed by Codemasters for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows. The game was released on May 24, 2010.
It is the sequel to the 2008 video game Dirt: Showdown and is part of the Colin McRae Rally series; it was followed by Colin McRae: Dirt 3 in 2011.
Dirt 2 includes several game modes including rally racing, asphalt events such as sprints or endurance events, rallycross events (including one featuring an F1 car called the McLaren MP4-12C and other normal rally cars), point-to-point “crash” events.
This is where you earn points based on the number of cars you encounter while driving at insane speeds on a short track (and lose points if you crash into the landscape), hill climbs (where your goal is to climb the hill as fast as possible to stand up) ) and head-to-head multiplayer matches against other human players.
3. V-Rally 4
If you are a fan of racing games or just looking for something fun to do with your friends, V-Rally 4 is a great option. It takes place in the world of rally racing and includes more than 50 different car models. This is another great addition to our list of Xbox 360 off-road games.

5. Pure
Pure is a racing video game developed by Blackfoot Studios and published by Codemasters. The game was released in 2008 on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows.
Pure’s main focus is the large open-world environments, which are often filled with snow or dirt roads to race through. This is one of the best on our Xbox 360 off-road games list.
These environments are connected by checkpoints that allow you to choose between different routes to reach your destination faster or slower depending on how good you are feeling at a given moment.
In addition to these open world levels, there are also different types of events that you can participate in:
- Rally Racing – A point to point race where your goal is to beat everyone else as fast as possible
- Circuit races – where multiple laps must be completed around certain courses before time runs out (you will probably have at least one lap) * Lap knockout races – similar to circuit races, but instead of completing multiple laps within the allotted time limit (sometimes only one), each successive round will remove one contestant from the remaining field until only two are left to take the win!
6. Monster Jam Battlefields
Monster Jam Battlegrounds is a cross-platform video game for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows developed by Monster Games.
Similar to other monster truck games like Crush ‘n’ Crash!, pick up an assortment of trucks and drive them through different tracks to complete all levels in the game.
The big difference between these and others is that there are so many different vehicles that you can use in any race (and skate park). Again, it is also important to note that this game is specially designed for children.
So don’t think that just because you’re an adult who likes to drive big cars, bikes or trucks, you’ll be bored with this title… because there’s so much content in each level that even adults will find themselves coming back over and over again. time to play!

10. MX vs ATV Reflex
MX vs. ATV Reflex is an off-road racing game that can be played on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii and PSP. The gameplay combines off-road racing and motocross, with the driving characteristics of each vehicle.
There are also different weather conditions to choose from while driving: rain and snow can make roads more slippery if you’re not careful!
There is a variety of vehicles to choose from in this game: ATVs (all-terrain vehicles), buggies and quads are just a few examples.
Each vehicle has different stats depending on the type of terrain it’s best suited to – so if you like going fast through mud puddles, an ATV might not be your thing after all!
And don’t forget those jumps! They will help add some speed or distance depending on how high they are – but beware, because if you land poorly, your wheels will spin without traction control engaged!
