With The Last of Us Part 1, an absolute PlayStation cult title shines in new splendor. If you’re playing for the first time, we’ll give you some tips in the beginner’s guide.
A remake of Naughty Dog’s PlayStation 3 was released in the form of The Last of Us. We want to give you a few tips along the way in a post-apocalypse of survival action adventure populated with very dangerous infected people.
No Survival tip: Look closely at the environment.
Your journey with Joel and Ellie will take you on a journey across the continent. In such a huge undertaking you take steps and pass and take many dangers. Of the other survivors, this of course includes the immature infected humans of various sizes and sizes. You have to prepare well so that you don’t become monster food.
As in games of this genre, you should search your environment thoroughly, as this is usually where valuable resources are hidden. You can use these for certain purposes, such as upgrading your weapons or equipment, or for certain purposes to sell various consumables. The latter include medipacks, shivs, and various traps. By listening better to the music, he can also better recognize the materials.
The survival tip tip #2: Use the environment to make money.
You will find all kinds of useful resources, but also other useful items. These include a few bottles and a few rocks. You can use these to kill enemies in The Last of Us, Part 1, or throw them directly at them and hold them short on their balance and kill them with a few attacks.
In general, you should always try to get an impression of something as early as possible and see how you can overcome it. This can save all your supplies, mostly by being extremely expensive, but also some nerves and especially in areas with particularly strong enemies. Jumping out of a window or climbing to the other side of the wall often gives you an extreme amount of freedom.
Suprano: Focus on stealth.
However, work peacefully and calmly, given the higher difficulty levels. In some areas, if you play wisely, you can even dodge enemies. Most importantly, battles against certain enemies can be easily won when you arrive in The Last of Us part 1 of the mainline.
Sometimes you can’t avoid the battle. Before the situation escalates and open blows are thrown, you must decimate your enemies from behind. Sneaking is usually the best way to get a level out of survival action. For this, the use of better quality weapons is very important, especially later in the journey of Joels and Ellies.
Guide #2: Get one of Plan B in order.
We follow two of the previous two things: when you encounter enemies, you will often be cornered, especially in higher conditions. If that happens, it’s a good idea to have Plan B ready.
It may look very different, but you may run out of ammo while fighting and need to adjust your gear. You may realize that the opponents have misled you. Try again if necessary in case you take a break.
Survival Tips 5: Reinforce your gear and packs quickly and effectively.
This brings us to the next tip: As mentioned earlier, you can improve your survivability by better hanging your gear. As soon as you can, this should be at the top of your priority list. You can make makeshift knives, or you can upgrade them with your own tools. Therefore, people are allowed to disable the clicker and hit the enemy to ever escape the beast’s attack. This is a fantastic tool! You can also increase ammo and Joel’s life energy, and you should have done that as a whole in an emergency as well.
In addition, you can unlock some holsters for weapons, others and a pistol. This allows you to switch between weapons faster. Since the end of the Last of us, you’ll be grateful for these two options. Many workbenches require the final touches. If you have some resources left after one or two expansions, it might be worth doing some minor upgrades to your weapons.
Step 5: Take your arrows again.
A bow, which you get after a few hours of playing, is one of the most useful weapons for survival. For starters, you can use this to kill enemies almost silently, opening up new stealth options for you. You can get some arrows after you fire them.
The random decision is made whether the arrow is a hit or not. When the entire population is gone, it will be necessary to get them back. Arrows are rarest items in the post-apocalypse, so don’t waste them.
