The game developers have not provided an option to reset the account from the in-game menu and have even limited some known methods that make rerolling a bit difficult. However, there are two ways to get around these restrictions, which will allow you to re-enter the game; one is by deleting the root of the game and the other is by constantly switching accounts. Both methods should give you a fresh start.
The first method may require your phone to be rooted first, but it can also work for non-rooted devices. Follow these steps to continue:
- Start the game and make sure you log in with a guest account from the available options.
- Play through the tutorial, it may take 7-10 minutes. When it’s done, claim the premium currency of mailbox and various achievements and rewards for quests.
- Roll on the banner with the desired character. If you get the signs, bind the account with Google or other third-party accounts, if not, then move on.
- Try to find the root of the game in the phone Main Storage / Android / Data. Once you’ve found the game’s folder, delete that folder; when you restart the game you should have a fresh start.
If your device has: Android version 11 or more, you will not be able to access the required folder. There are restrictions on accessing these folders. You can use a file manager to access the folders. For the second method, you should have many Gmail accounts to switch between them continuously.
