Climbing into the cockpit of a mech is the fantasy of many gamers. Flying over the battlefield with missiles and lasers, wreaking havoc on your enemies is a power fantasy explored in manga, anime, and video games alike.
Galahad 3093 is an exceptional mech title, which puts pilots called Knights in control of fearsome war robots known as Lances. From weapons and mods to weight classes and paint schemes, there’s a lot for new pilots to think about. Here are some great beginner tips for new players Galahad 3093.
6 know your lance
Every great mech has something cool about it. Into every lance Galahad 3093 consists of a weight class, variant, gear, mods and Knight. The lighter the lance, the smaller, faster and more vulnerable it is. The heavier the Lance, the bigger, slower and more robust it is. Super Heavy Lances deal more damage than the other types, so they offer a different unique style of gameplay for those who want to hit as hard as possible and don’t mind walking slowly across the battlefield.
Choosing a Lance build is a matter of personal preference. It’s best to just experiment with all of them and learn the strengths and weaknesses of each. New players will find it easiest to start with a Medium or Heavy Lance as they provide the player with a good all round base that can be further customized to suit the player’s needs.
5 The module makes the mecha
Each weight class has a selection of variants and modules from which the player can choose to customize his Lance. These modules are divided into Tiers, each with its own requirements. Different variants have different stats and mod abilities, and some variants come with built-in mods that give them intrinsic improvements that are not available for other variants.
At the start of the game, the player can access only a handful of variants, but more will be unlocked soon. To keep things simple, early game variants generally have good base stats but limited mod capacity, so players can’t sabotage themselves too much with the wrong build. As the player progresses through the game, they will unlock variants with weaker base stats but vastly improved modding options, allowing the player to unleash their min-maxing creativity.
4 Equip for war
Gear is the weaponry the Lance will use to direct its enemies, so it’s one of the most important considerations in Galahad 3093. A lance can carry two primary weapons, two secondary weapons, and one deployable weapon. Primary weapons – as they sound – are the player’s main damage dealers, while secondary weapons have an additional role.
In both great mecha anime and video games, knowing your gear is a priority. As with lance types, it is important to familiarize yourself with the various weapons and deployable resources. While there isn’t a huge selection of them, understanding the key differences between a Caltrop and Corvus goes a long way toward creating a viable build. 3 Mod for your play style
Mods affect six areas: Offense, Defense, Mobility, Sensor, Utility, and Universal. While they may not be as big or flashy as primary weapons, mods are critical. The customization they allow is what really brings builds together in many cases. Some mods improve existing features, such as by radically improving your Lance’s reload speed or armor.
Other mods have an even more dramatic effect on one’s playstyle by adding new mechanics such as the ability to levitate or jam enemy turrets. These mods can change the way the player approaches battles, not only change the playstyle, but also open up new playstyles. There’s no way to know all the ways one can change their gameplay with mods they don’t actually use, so instead of dwelling too much on the possibilities at the beginning, it’s good to just jump in and start playing with the different options.

As important as these amazing giant robots are, they are nothing without their pilots. There are only a few choices when it comes to the knight who will command his lance. Each knight has both an active and passive ability that makes them more than just different skins from each other. Knight skills – from Storm Pulse and Galvinism to Royal Dome and Queen’s Gambit – are as varied as they are strong. Even if the player doesn’t change anything else on his lance, changing knights can lead to noticeably different results in battle.
It’s arguably harder to get used to the strategic differences between Knights than to the differences between mods or weapons, so – as elsewhere – experimentation is the best thing the player can do. Whether the player’s preferred strategy is one of frontal aggression or something more mobile and tactical, there is a knight who will take that strategy to new heights.
1 Stay in the fight
If there’s one thing giant robots are good at, it’s destroying things. Therefore, the player needs a good way to keep his lance repaired and stay in the fight. Satisfying, Galahad 3093 gives players different ways to repair their lances. The trick is to learn the differences between each method and which are best for a particular Lance and situation.
All lances can heal other lances and related structures by standing next to them and looking at them long enough to activate their repair beam. While this makes any teammate a mobile healer, finding a teammate willing to stop for some repairs isn’t always the easiest solution. The player can also use one of the repair pads scattered around the map to heal themselves, but this option is only available if the player’s team controls the nearby capture point. The Nano repair mod allows the Lance to automatically regenerate armor as long as the shields are full, and the deployable Corvus repair drone is also an effective healing option, though it doesn’t fare well if the player is particularly mobile.
