At the annual Gamescom conference for the video game industry (24 – 26 August 2022 in the convention center Koelnmesse in Cologne/Germany), NACON will present eight games and various accessories to its partners and the press. Representatives from each studio will be on hand to present their projects and answer interview questions. The NACON and RIG accessories teams will also be on hand to demonstrate their new products.

VIDEO GAMES

  • WRC generations (KT Racing): WRC generations celebrates the arrival of a new generation of hybrid cars and the new racing sensations they bring, as well as a brand new Leagues mode that matches players with others of a similar level. WRC generations is the most advanced title in the series and features the largest selection of cars, rallies and special stages ever in a video game.

WRC generations coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series on October 13, 2022, followed by PC and Nintendo Switch at a later date.

  • Session: Skate Sim (creature): Camera in hand, players skate in the best spots at iconic skateboarding locations. Designed to be as challenging as real skating, Session: Skate Sim let players feel authentic sensations through the controller thanks to innovative gameplay designed by skaters for skaters.

Session: Skate Sim is already available in Early Access and will be released on September 22, 2022 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store).

  • Clash: Artifacts of Chaos (ACE team): In this game from the Chilean studio, players explore the world of Zenozoik with its unique art direction and take on a variety of enemies through a diverse and elaborate combat system and martial arts.

Clash: Artifacts of Chaos will be available on February 9, 2023 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

  • war hospital (brave lamb): This survival, management and strategy game puts players in charge of a field hospital during World War I. With tough moral decisions, wise resource management, and a story of choices that matter, players will have to act with cool heads to make the best decisions in the worst circumstances.

  • Blood bowl 3 (Cyanide Studio): Based on the famous board game from the Warhammer franchise, Blood bowl 3 serves up a tasty mix of strategy, blood and offbeat humor. In this turn-based strategy game, players must harness their team’s strengths and devise foolproof strategies to score touchdowns in every possible way, no matter how violent.

  • Ad infinite (Hecate): In a surreal nightmare, players step into the boots of a German soldier in World War I. Caught in the horrors of the trenches or in the oppressive atmosphere of their childhood home, they must find reality to escape the strange creatures that haunt them.

Ad infinite will be released on April 20, 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

  • Steel Rising (Spiders): Marie-Antoinette’s bodyguard, Aegis, must liberate Paris from the mechanical army of the mad king Louis XVI in an alternate history of the French Revolution. With a strong emphasis on combat, Spiders’ new action RPG offers players the chance to engage in intense skill battles.

Steel Rising coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on September 8, 2022. Closed beta access will be available from August 25, 2022 for those who pre-ordered the game.

  • Train Life: A Railway Simulator (simact): This railway simulator puts players in control of various locomotives and their own company. As an operator, they must negotiate the most advantageous contracts and transport passengers and goods across 10 countries in Europe, while managing their business to grow it.

ACCESSORIES

2022 is coming to an end with the launch of many highly anticipated accessories for all consoles.

With an older version that proved very popular with Versus Fighting fans for its component quality and design, the DAIJA Arcade Stick will be released later this year for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

New versions of the Revolution X Pro Controller and Pro Compact controller will also be presented, including the Color lightfirst shown at NACON Connect this year, it offers trillions of color customization options.

The cloud gaming segment will also be well served with the MGX and MGX-Pro smartphone controllers, which will be on display at the booth.

Finally, RIG’s PRO series will also be present and several headsets – the 300 PRO, 500 PRO and 800 PRO – can be demonstrated at the NACON booth.
