Equivalent to Game Dev Tycoon, a player should not only focus on what he produces, but also how his staff is doing. Therefore, building staff rooms or even other exciting activities in the office would provide space for the staff to relax or focus on various needs such as advertising, testing or PR just to name a few.

9 Holiday resort

To take Two points to the beach is perhaps one of the most interesting ideas available, in pure Sims 3: Paradise Island mode, a player could run his own holiday resort with mascots, bars and living spaces.

This also allows the outdoor areas to be used as shown in two-point campus as players can build their own beach areas and potentially set up fairground entertainment for those staying at the resort. Not to mention creating vacation spots that are sure to appeal to certain types of guests, like a haunted hotel for Goth vacationers.

7 Restaurant

The culinary arts have already surfaced in the Two points series multiple times with two-point campus even pastry and cooking themed courses available for their students to take. If you can then hire these chef personalities in a restaurant, it would make for some interesting gameplay and serve a variety of intriguing diners.

Each building available for players to complete can be a different themed restaurant that requires private dining areas, a main dining area, and several kitchens serving different purposes.

6 Factory

Similar to the Office idea, players would actively create a product that would then be shipped from the to the rest of the residents Two points series. This can add some fascinating mechanics as players may need to specifically connect certain rooms to create some sort of work line for the products being made.

As in two point hospital there may be a sudden influx where a certain thing needs to be produced, or a problem has arisen in the factory that needs to be solved.

5 Mall

Being able to build a large mall with a variety of stores would make for an intriguing game concept. Players would take on different shops to appeal to different buyers’ properties, as well as janitors, shop assistants and even chefs for an eventual cafeteria in the building.

4 Vets

This idea may sound incredibly similar to what two point hospital actually is. However, many players would get great satisfaction from seeing some new models in the Two points world, and animals would be a great solution for that.

Players should not only increase the happiness of their pet patients, but also of the owners who took them to the animal hospital. Some of these animals can be the usual house cats and dogs, while keeping the humor of the series with more quirky animals.

3 Airport

Many players who have flown will know the stress of airports, but Two Point Airlines can be the entertaining solution to this stress. Being able to build a successful airport that somehow manages to uphold the happiness of its passengers would be quite an achievement for a player.

Players would be rewarded if they have a variety of history available to their visitors and have to hire staff with expertise in those specific areas.

Entertaining visitors would also mean activities available to them that make learning about history more interactive and done in hilariously different ways.

1 Police station

Many players from two point hospital or campus saw someone they would have sent to jail or at least reported to the police for public immorality or some other impediment to their game.

By being able to run a police station, players can control and stop crime in an area, while also learning more about how these criminals got the ring. Knowing Two Point Studios they would have some creative crimes up their sleeve, especially with clowns.
