There are only three weeks left of Season of the Haunted in Destiny 2, so now is the perfect time to get ready for Season 18 and Arc 3.0.

Season 18 of Lot 2 is almost here, along with Arc 3.0 subclass rework, so now it’s time to gather everything needed for the latest Season of the [REDACTED]. Few details are known about the upcoming season of Lot 2, and most of the information disclosed has been obtained indirectly. For example, since the Void and Solar 3.0 subclasses already received their reworks in Season 17 and 18 respectively, Guardians know that Arc 3.0 is coming next season. While Bungie spent the last weeks of Season of the Haunted, players can prepare the things they need in advance.

Additionally, while Bungie revealed that the next Raid in the game will begin on August 26 during the daily reset, the Lot 2 showcase 2022 on August 23 will reveal which Lot 1 Raid is coming to the sequel. Those wishing to participate in the Raid will likely need to be up to level 1550, which is an increase of 20 Power Levels from what the Vow of the Disciple Raid awarded players to during the opening match mode. Nevertheless, this specific information has not been confirmed. Given how consistent Bungie is with more and more Power and Soft caps each season, it’s likely a similar increase will be applied to the upcoming Raid’s match mode.

With three weeks to go Season of the Haunted, Guardians can start preparing for Season 18. For example, there are nearly 100 weapons worth getting for Arc 3.0 based on the perks and currently available options. New weapons will be added at the start of Season 18 that can be beneficial to many of the Arc weapons in Lot 2 now, but there are still dozens of Legendary weapons that will be boosted by the Arc 3.0 update.

When Arc 3.0 arrives, Guardians will likely spend the start of the season figuring out which builds are best to use. These builds are determined in part by the aspects and fragments of the reworked Arc subclasses for Hunters, Warlocks and Titans, but those details are unknown at this time. Instead, players can check out the exotic armor pieces for their Guardians to see which ones are already benefiting from the current Arc subclasses, and start building builds in advance. For example, the best Titan build with Loreley Splendor Helm is specific to the Solar subclass, while the Cuirass of the Falling Star is exclusive to the Arc subclass for Titans.


Finally, bounty stacking and obtaining endgame material should be a priority for all Guardians in the last three weeks of Season 17. Bounty stacking allows players to receive a large amount of XP at the start of next season if they use their bounties. complete and maintain this season, developing the new Seasonal Artifact and unlocking unique Seasonal mods.
