A talented Elden Ring fan has crafted a woodburned map of Crumbling Farum Azula, bringing the endgame area to life in excruciating and smoky detail.
a cunning one Elden Ring fan made a woodburned map of the Crumbling Farm Azula endgame area. FromSoftware’s open-world soul-like epic takes players to the Lands Between, a vast fantasy world filled with hidden treasures and ruthless enemies. The Elden Ring The Lands Between map also features a maze-like area called Crumbling Farm Azula, and a player has turned this precarious region into a beautiful wood-burnt map.
As Elden Ring players will pass through the Lands Between and will eventually reach the Forge of the Giants and set the Erdtree on fire. Reaching this critical story beat takes the Tarnished protagonist to Crumbling Farum Azula, a decrepit dungeon floating in the middle of a massive tornado. This area is difficult to navigate and is filled with powerful enemies, marking it as one of Elden Ring’s last areas. Players exploring Farum Azula will eventually face off against Godskin Dup and Maliketh the Black Blade, two very difficult and climactic bosses. Farum Azula also hides one of the best endgame surprises in Elden Ringa huge three-headed dragon boss named Dragonlord Placidusax.
Reddit user vorbo87 recently revealed a breathtaking woodburned map by Crumbling Farum Azula that creates the chaotic endgame area. The completely handcrafted masterpiece was apparently created using a woodturning tool, with different pens and with different line widths and depths. The exceptional piece is very detailed, with the wood burning technique adding a rustic flavor that fits perfectly Elden Ring. While vorbo87 apparently plans to make the rest of the Lands Between, Farum Azula has been brought to life in beautiful burnt detail for now.
While vorbo87 has created an extremely authentic map of Farum Azula using wood burning, another devoted fan has created the Elden Ring card a super mario redesign. The two games are incredibly different, but both are known for their unique worlds and ability to jump into fantastic locations. The super mario redesign notably includes its own cartoonish version of Crumbling Farum Azula, which appears as an adorable star-shaped mountain peak. Other iconic parts of Lands Between, such as lush Limgrave and the massive Mount Gelmir, are also aptly included as destinations to suit Mario and his friends.
Elden Ring’s map is filled with fantastic areas, but Crumbling Farum Azula stands out as both cinematically designed and extremely difficult. The area is undeniably beautiful and vorbo87 has successfully captured that beauty in the form of an intricate woodburned map. The skilled creator apparently had plans to conquer the rest of the Lands Between as well, though Liurnia of the Lakes would need a really gigantic piece of wood.
Elden Ring is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
