Follow the forest light trail and discover illuminated moments from the wizarding world!
After a hugely successful run in the UK, Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment in partnership with Thinkwell, Unify and Fever announced that Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience will illuminate New York this fall. The breathtaking light trail will be open October 22 for Wizarding World fans of all ages to enjoy at Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park. The spacious state park is located in Westchester County, about 40 miles north of NYC.
Tickets can be purchased from Thursday, August 18, but fans who sign up for the waiting list will get exclusive access.
Inspired by the iconic Forbidden Forest and featuring cherished moments from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts series, enchanting lights will transform the landscape into a magical outdoor pathway. Visitors will discover some of their favorite moments from the Forbidden Forest, meet magical creatures such as Hippogriffs, Centaurs, Unicorns and Nifflers, and practice casting their own spells.
Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience is an adventure for all the family and promises a great time for fans of all ages, allowing them to dive into the magic of the wizarding world in a whole new way. At the end of the trail, visitors enter a themed village where they can enjoy delicious food and drinks, purchase exclusive products, and more. An unforgettable evening is ahead!
The outdoor experience was created by Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment in partnership with leading entertainment discovery platform Fever, award-winning theater designers and experiential creators, Thinkwell, and their partners, global design and delivery agency Unify.
