Apex Legends Mobile Season 2.5: Hyperbeat launched this week, bringing tons of new content to Respawn’s pocket-sized battle royale. But along with the standard mid-season addition of a new battle pass and a new playable legend, Season 2.5 has introduced another interesting feature to the mobile game: more limited-time events than any previous Apex Legends Mobile season to date.
To help you keep up with all the action this season, we’ve put together a comprehensive guide to every in-game event scheduled for Apex Legends Mobile Season 2.5. This includes a schedule of upcoming Pro Fashion weekends and upcoming events, along with other seasonally exclusive activities such as LTMs and retail events. Keep reading for a detailed play-by-play of everything you can expect in this season of Apex Legends Mobile.
VIP access
One of two events that started in the first half of the season and continued into Season 2.5, VIP Access instructs players to hunt for Party Ticks, a special type of Loot Tick that resembles a Syndicate Pack. Party Ticks can be found in multiple locations in Kings Canyon – there are some photos referencing their location in the VIP Access event hub – and once shot, they explode just like a standard Loot Tick, spitting out high-quality gear for you and your team to use.
But unlike standard Loot Ticks, Party Ticks also gives you access to a VIP Pass. The VIP pass gives you access to VIP loot bins and collects Hyperbeat coins. But the VIP Pass also has another function: granting access to the VIP area of the Hyperbeat Store, where you can use Hyperbeat Coins to unlock free cosmetics that are not available in the standard Hyperbeat Seasonal Store. In addition, the VIP Pass gives players access to a special set of VIP Challenges that reward players that they complete with cosmetics, currency, and other in-game loot. VIP passes can also be purchased at the Hyperbeat Store. The VIP Access Event runs until October 18.

System Deviation
The second event carried over from the first half of Season 2 is the System Anomaly event, which serves as a teaser for the arrival of Crypto, rewarding players who complete event challenges with several unique treats – and a cryptic surprise. For more information about the event, see our System Anomalies Event Guide.
The System Anomaly Event runs through August 26 at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET, so make sure to complete these challenges before time runs out.
Eyes in the sky
Another Crypto-focused event, Eyes In The Sky, requires players to complete a series of six challenges in exchange for prizes, including Flux, an account badge, Hyperbeat coins, and a spooky, mobile-exclusive skin for Crypto. Check out our Eyes In The Sky event guide to learn more about the event, challenges and rewards.
The Eyes In the Sky event runs until September 6.
Marathon Login
Like the first half of Season 2, Season 2.5 has launched a massive 28-day login bonus event. Every day, players can log in to receive a new reward, and those who complete the event will collect a total of:
- 14,600 Hyperbeat Coins
- 20 Pack Pieces (equivalent to 2 Syndicate Packs)
- 3 mission cards
- 1,000 flux
- 2 syndicate packs
- Count Off Lifeline banner pose (rare)
- Backpack weapon charm (rare)
- Get Ready Lifeline holospray (rare)
- Paint Blasted Lifeline Legend Skin (Epic)

Logging in 28 days in a row takes some dedication, but don’t worry if you miss a day – you can use up to five Retro Check-ins to keep your streak if you miss a day. You can even choose to set a reminder so you don’t forget to sign in. The Login Marathon event runs until September 20.
Let’s jam!
Let’s jam! is a unique event consisting of a series of 13 challenges (referred to as Trial Tasks), each of which gives the player a reward upon completion. But there’s a catch: you can only complete one trial task per day, and the event only lasts 28 days. It’s worth it though, especially if you’re a Lifeline or Mirage head looking for a new Legend skin.
The Let’s Jam! event runs until September 20. Check out our Let’s Jam! event guide.
Rising through the ranks
Rising Through The Ranks requires players to participate in the leaderboard mode, where they rise through the ranks to earn some very snazzy rewards. Because it’s tied to the ranked season, the Rising Through The Ranks event will be live until October 18.
Rhapsody’s Town Takeover
Season 2.5 introduced the Pythas Theater, a new POI currently docked at the airbase in Kings Canyon (not to be confused with the Encore Galore, Rhapsody’s concert hall in the sky). When you land at the Pythas Theater you will be given the option to “Start the Party” on a control panel near the center of the POI. Activating the console will start a holographic Rhapsody concert that causes higher level loot to rain down from the sky.

Due to the popularity of Pythas Theater as a landing zone for early games, chaotic battles between multiple squads are common. But the good news is that Rhapsody has you covered. When her concert is active, a series of temporary “dance floor improvements” is applied to players within the POI. The type of buff depends on the type of light show associated with the concert.
- purple light: speed boost
- Green light: health regeneration
- golden light: higher booty falls on the dance floor
The Pythas Theater Town Takeover has no stated expiration date and may be a permanent addition to the mobile version of the Kings Canyon Map.
Returning champion
If you haven’t played much of the mobile game this season, don’t worry – there’s even an extra login event for absent players who went at least 10 days without logging in. Logging in after an extended absence will activate Returning Champ, a 10-day login event with 8 daily login rewards and a set of challenges that will give players who complete them a total of 15 rewards. For more information about the event, see our Returning Champ event guide.
The Returning Champ event does not appear to have an expiration date.
Rhapsody’s Underground Shop Vault
A new lucky draw is available in the in-game store, featuring Eternal-tier skins for Loba, Fade, the Charge Rifle, and the Spitfire. There’s no guarantee you’ll get the item you want (unless you buy and open the maximum number of loot boxes, which is an expensive undertaking), but there are 32 prizes in all, and one of those prizes is a set of Store Vault Tokens, a kind of currency that can be used to bypass the random roll mechanic and instantly unlock the skin of your choice. You need 10,000 Store Vault Tokens to unlock Eternal-tier items.
Rhapsody’s Underground Store Vault is available until September 20. There is currently an empty slot in the in-game store with a placeholder image that reads “Coming Soon”, implying that another store event will likely be heading to the game in the near future.

upcoming events
In addition to the sheer number of events currently live, there are also quite a few upcoming events scheduled for this season. While we don’t know exactly what these events will consist of, we do know what they’re called and when they start. The following events will go live later this season:

Pro mode schedule
Pro Mode is a two-day event that takes place repeatedly throughout the season. A new Pro Mode challenge will be released every week for 48 hours. Each week’s challenge is tied to a specific mode, and completing each weekly challenge will reward players with Hyperbeat Coins, a seasonal currency used to redeem mobile-exclusive cosmetics in the Hyperbeat Store.
- August 30 – 31: Hack Mode
- September 6 – 7: TDM
- September 13 – 14: Weapon Game
- September 20 – 21: Hack Mode
